Karndean flooring brings the character of natural wood and stone into your home, with the comfort, warmth and practicality that real materials cannot always offer. At Surefit Carpets, a family-run flooring showroom in Doncaster fitting floors since 1998, we supply and fit Karndean and Estyle luxury vinyl tile (LVT), from a single cloakroom to a full open-plan ground floor.
Visit us at 91 Sandringham Road, Doncaster, with free parking, or let us bring the samples to you. Our customers rate us 4.9 on Google.
An approved Karndean retailer
We are an approved retailer for Karndean, Quick-Step, Brintons and Ulster. For Karndean, that means expert advice on the right range for each room, accurate specification and installation to the manufacturer's standards.
The Karndean ranges
We can supply any Karndean range, not only those shown on our website. Every range can be ordered through us and viewed on the Karndean design table in our showroom.
- Karndean Art Select: Karndean's premium collection, bringing the look of European oaks and Italian marble into the home, with parquet and herringbone options well suited to period hallways and open-plan living.
- Karndean Heritage Collection: Inspired by classic geometric floor tiles, with striking monochrome designs and blended traditional patterns for hallways, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Karndean Van Gogh: Rich, characterful wood and stone designs, including long planks, stone tiles and parquet formats.
- Karndean Knight Tile: A versatile and dependable range of wood and stone looks, available in plank, tile and parquet formats.
- Karndean Kaleidoscope: Geometric shapes such as Hexa, Cubix, Apex and Pennon, plus patterned designs like Marrakesh and Casablanca, for floors with real movement and contrast.
- Karndean Da Vinci: Wood and stone designs in a glue-down format, finished with a wide bevelled edge on all four sides. Ask us about current availability.

Estyle LVT
Alongside Karndean, we supply and fit Estyle LVT, including the Symphony plank, tile and herringbone designs. It offers a refined wood-effect finish and is a considered choice for kitchens, hallways and living spaces. Our LVT ranges are Karndean and Estyle only, so every option we show you is one we know well.
The Karndean design table, borders and design strips
Our showroom has a dedicated Karndean design table with full-size samples, so you can see true colour, texture and scale before you decide. It is the ideal place to plan a laying pattern, compare planks against tiles, and try Karndean borders and design strips. A contrasting border or a fine design strip between planks can define a room, frame a feature area or add a bespoke finish to a hallway.
Fitted by our experienced fitters
A Karndean floor is only as good as the surface beneath it. Our experienced fitters check every subfloor and carry out the preparation it needs, such as levelling compound or plyboarding, so your new floor sits flat, looks seamless and performs for years. We offer a supply-and-fit service only, which keeps the product, the preparation and the installation under one responsibility.
Our 2-year fitting guarantee
Every floor we fit is covered by our 2-year fitting guarantee, giving you added confidence alongside the manufacturer's product warranty.
Areas we cover

Karndean and LVT questions
Can I order any Karndean range through Surefit, or only what is on your website?
Any current Karndean range can be ordered through Surefit, not just the products listed online. You can view the ranges on the Karndean design table in our Doncaster showroom, or ask us to bring samples to you with our free Choose at Home service.
Is there a minimum order on Karndean?
Yes. Karndean is ordered with a minimum of 3 packs. We measure every room before quoting, so your order covers the area with a sensible allowance for cuts and pattern.
Do you offer a fitting-only service for Karndean or LVT?
No. We supply and fit, so every floor we install is supplied by us and fitted by our experienced fitters. This keeps the product, the subfloor preparation and the fitting under one responsibility.
What guarantee do you give on fitting?
Every floor we fit is covered by our 2-year fitting guarantee, alongside the manufacturer's own product warranty.
Which areas do you cover for Karndean and LVT fitting?
We cover around 30 miles of Doncaster, including Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield, Retford, Worksop and Scunthorpe. Our free Choose at Home service is available across the whole area.
Is LVT the same as sheet vinyl?
No. LVT is supplied as individual planks and tiles that can be laid in patterns, finished with borders and design strips. Sheet vinyl is a different product supplied from the roll. If you are interested in sheet vinyl, see our vinyl flooring collection.
